Avevamo solo tre ore di tempo per vedere il centro storico di Napoli. Con Romano è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile perché riuscito a farci cogliere l’essenza di una città infinitamente bella e misteriosa come Napoli. Abbiamo visitato luoghi incantevoli vicoli e palazzi come dice la canzone. Grazie della tua professionalità, della tua capacità di rendere tutto molto semplice a chi come noi non è così esperto in materia.

Ho conosciuto Raffaele Romano a Ottobre, grazie ad amici che avevano prenotato un tour del centro storico della città con lui. La visita è stata fantastica, Raffaele ci ha guidato nel cuore di Napoli facendoci vedere in poco tempo (avevamo solo tre ore) alcune delle cose più belle di questa città che amo.
Ero talmente entusiasta che ho prenotato subito una visita a gennaio, per festeggiare il mio compleanno con le mie amiche…
Ho concordato con lui i luoghi da visitare, ha trovato la luce giusta per ogni cosa, ci ha deliziate con le sue spiegazioni, la sua preparazione e anche incantevoli piccoli aneddoti che sui libri non trovi…è stato come tornare in dietro nel tempo.
Senza ombra di dubbio uno dei più bei compleanni della mia vita.
Vi consiglio questa esperienza che per me e le mie amiche è stata straordinaria.

Un’esperienza unica, Raffaele ci ha accompagnato in una piccola porzione della città estremamente ricca di cose da scoprire. Ha una passione che pervade ogni spiegazione e ciò lo rende ancora più fruibile da chiunque scelga la sua guida. Per chi é un neofito della città ma anche per chi la conosce abbastanza bene, viene proposta una lente d’ingrandimento su angoli imperdibili e piccoli consigli gastronomici da non sottovalutare 😀

Theresa, our guide, was amazing. She’s super informed on Neapolitan history and archaeology – she just finished her phd on the subject- but most importantly she was very passionate in communicating her knowledge. Would definitely recommend this experience. Feel free to ask her anything, she has all the answers.

Raffaele was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his city, you could tell he took great pride in Naples. I thoroughly enjoyed this tour and I highly recommend it!

Raffaele was a great host who had an extensive knowledge of the city. He was able to show us around the parts of the city you wouldn’t have ever found by yourself. Definitely recommend this experience. He’s more than accommodating and deserves a 5 star rating!

The tour was great and I learned a lot about the history of Naples and it’s interesting inhabitants through the centuries. The insights on the Capella Sansevero especially were unique. Although I booked the tour in Italian by mistake, Raffaele was kind enough to explain things in English whenever I didn’t understand – very nice guide.

Esperienza molto coinvolgente. Non avremmo potuto conoscere tanti segreti del centro storico di Napoli senza una guida così competente e appassionata come Raffaele. Io e mia moglie ci siamo trovati benissimo e in ottima compagnia. La visita è stata molto varia, toccando argomenti come l’arte, la storia, l’archeologia, il mito e il costume, ed è durata più del previsto. Davvero un’ esperienza unica con una guida competente e abile. Raffaele è anche molto simpatico e gentile, un napoletano vero!

Damn good tour. Worth your cash even if you hate spending money like me. Truthfully, it was PRICELESS! I decided to stay longer in Naples because of it. I had Teresa as a guide (there are more than two I think, but maybe less than five working for this airbnb experience; that’s my impression) but Im sure the one you will have will be just as exceptional.

Thank you so much. The tour of Rafael and Teresa was more than fantastic. She is so passionate about the city she loves. She imbued the tour with all her passion , her love and her knowledge. Really really incredible. We learned SO much about the history and how it affects present day Napoli. No question was dismissed; she explained everything with clarity and generosity. Fantastic!!!
